Live Streaming and On-Demand
Live Streaming
When someone can't attend, we make sure they can still be part of the day.
Live Streaming allows friends and family to watch from home, work or anywhere else on their computer, smartphone or tablet. We stream reliable, high-quality video from a single fixed camera at the back of the room, whilst our team of experts proactively monitor ceremonies from our control room. Just order from our simple-to-use, secure website with a couple of clicks, and you’ll receive unique login details immediately on the web page and via email.
Live Streaming + 28-day On-Demand + Downloadable
The comfort and convenience of On-Demand, plus a download to keep forever.
We know that many people who can’t watch live appreciate the opportunity to watch the ceremony at a more convenient time. As well as Live Streaming, we’ll supply an On-Demand recording to watch online for 28 days, plus a free downloadable version to keep forever. Our editors review recordings for quality, trim the ceremony to the right time and add a personalised title.
Videos can be ordered before the day, or up to a month after. The On-Demand is usually available within two working days, and shortly after we’ll email a private Download link.
Music
Mark the moment with the perfect track, every time.
Music plays a key role in making a celebration more personal, and we can offer you access to a library of thousands of tracks. Our team can even source special or rare pieces of music and upload it directly to your system. You won’t believe how easy this will make your life.
We can take requests, or people are free to browse our online library, with 30-second samples of each track. You can then order online or call our Customer Service team, and music can be ordered any time before the ceremony and even adjusted on the day.
Keepsakes
A beautiful way to share, remember and revisit a special day.
Available on DVD, Blu-ray, USB stick or audio CD, our keepsakes are recordings of celebrations supplied in personalised presentation cases. They can be ordered before the day, or up to a month after, and we usually aim to get orders to the Register Office within a week.

“Creating playlists for each ceremony is simple and minimal training is required for staff to be able to take responsibility for this task. Customers have said how impressed they were to turn up to their ceremony with all the music sourced and ready to go. Once the ceremony is underway the system is again very simple for the registrar to control. Music for each ceremony is easy to access from the main touch screen. The system has been an excellent addition to our service and a great supporting tool for our ceremony staff.”
